Indeed I have read it. Just saying, solar is not the panache for energy. Who is to say in another 5-10 years the current "solar" tech won't face the same problem? On the flip-side, we have nuclear power in use in most developed nations for a bloody long time now with SMRs potentially doing the same. Just saying, "reneweable", doesn't have to mean wind/solar.
