"The heavy oil will become costly when they do steam floods in a couple of years"

I think the firm says it will cost about an extra $10/barrel - though IMO more likely $15-20/barrel over operational life.

This will not be so important then as in two years time the economy may be steaming along again and oil prices through the roof due to postponed production/development over the past year. IMO we'll get new highs in SP once oil reaches $80-$90/barrel (I hope!) in 12-18 months time.
