    Don't take any offence blue - I actually agree with you. Just being a bit of a smart alec with the above. I'm all about applying arguments 'consistently' - which means DR Congo is set to become the new Saudi Arabia of the Cobalt world if you were to 'consistently' apply other people's arguments for why they believe their chosen jurisdictions are about to become the center of the graphite world.

    Just putting a different point of view out there - a 'consistent' one.
