Hmm with Linc having somewhere around 70 companies supposedly showing interest in joining them for a JV there is obviously an opportunity for CTP to garner some interest from the unsuccessful players who want to look at who has land nearby. CTP certainly does stand out as a lot cheaper option than a Linc JV.
