Hi Everyone, been fairly quiet recently as I watched karoon collapse.
However today, I think it may be worthwhile going long energy assets. GS prime data suggests energy equities have been shorted the most in 5 years(find the post on twitter from zero hedge)
what will cause the squeeze ? I could be wrong here but I think the next play from Arab states in the Middle East is to shut off oil supply to the west. As it seems not much else’s will stop Israel. They have attempted this before but it was voted down…. However given the escalation I think it’s a real risk to the world.
