It would be surprising if the largest graphite sale in history, which is what the Asmet-SYR deal represents, did not have some sort of conditions precedent. Given the results reported both by SYR, and by users, who have undertaken their own testing, it appears very unlikely that the MOU will not become a formal sales contract.
In the meantime, TJ may split hairs if she wishes.
