When Alpha Lithium was taken out, the takeover price was also very low. They just arranged a second bid and done. In hindsight, well done for that time compared to now, but others, like LIS, are also due to getting taken, maybe Posco. We shareholders at Lithium South wait for it to finally be able to move on (now at historic SP lows) and let that Hobkirk guy scam another bunch.
But although not shareholder of Galan, the price seems to be much too low. If they sell now, most likely many shareholders are not even evened out.
Hopefully, another offer follows, would be good for all that Salar projects.
