I hope this just gets the ball rolling in a more positive direction. I have been here for 7 years, not keen for this to get sold so cheaply. I still very much have faith that the job can get done (even if it takes a little longer). The potential here is still massive. Selling @ 150 mill fells like the bottom 10th percentile of potential value. Looking forward to seeing what the true behind all this is.
