ok watching YouTube clips on this guy Teague Egan, he seems like an opportunist cowboy. He might have lobbed something in to try to nab a bargain and requested the details remain hush hush. Although somebodies caught wind 3 weeks later. He would be a great partner to have as he seems well connected in the industry and probably has a direct line with Elon. Based in Texas and Elon is moving his base to Texas. All very interesting and definitely someone JP would want to aligned with.
