EnergyX do not need to demonstrate any capacity to complete the take over.
This whole mess just stinks....and needs to be investigated IMO.
I would love to see the register in 2 days time to see how much on market buying they have completed.
Should the stock double upon re listing following the BOD confirmation that they will NOT be proceeding with the offer and EnergyX quickly exits for a 100% gain and book a huge profit....and there is nothing illegal about this.
I think the liquidity and price rise on relisting will be a good opportunity for those who have lost faith in management to exit once and for all.
