I think something that we're overlooking is that the announcements we've seen to date are not a takeover offer per se, but an offer for the Argentinian assets of Galan. We all know that that's the jewel and the crown, but perhaps that's why there hasn't been disclosure by the company? (ie it's an offer to buy assets as opposed to a take over offer)
