I had a look on their website and I don't think you can compare VUL with the.
While both claim to use DLE VUL is trying to extract Lithium from a hot geothermal brine with a sorbation technology, while energyx is going for membrane technology.

Besides this I don't know if I would put any money into them, their page reads a bit to sus.

10 Year Roadmap looks like this (direct C&P from their page):
