Dear Sam,
The shareholders' meeting will be held within 3 months from 21 Dec 2016. Notice of meeting requires one month before shareholders' meeting. Let us expect that NOTICE of meeting will be announced in January 2017 and shareholders' approval will be obtained in February 2017 so the relisting in March 2017. If ERJ could be relisted in March 2017 or latest in April 2017, there is possibility that NST project could be resecured.
I think that ECM would like to relist ERJ asap.
