Agree Contrarian. Once Carnarvon gets up and running, looks like they have quite a few orders in the wings. Power saving is a different kettle of fish to you beaut armory. The risk/reward is excellent. 2.5c short term target, then 3.5c followed by retracements .09 in next year or so. (Chartwise)
