nathan, the PLV chart does look quite similar...
between oct-dec the cup and handle formed, with a gap up from mid december from where it hasn't looked back...
the post i wrote a few days ago was a guess that OVR is forming a similar (although over a longer period) pattern, and if so, we should see 40c soon. If the pattern holds, 40c will be followed by a pullback to the mid-high 30s before lift off...hopefully accompanied by further news :)
