IPO substantially oversubscribed and closed off last night. AXP approved additional raising of $3m to total of $9m to absorb some of the demand, but still well oversubscribed. All participants of IPO get 1 free 25c option for every 2 shares purchased, 3 yr expiry.
Seems like its going to be a pretty good listing.
