I think we need this deal to be spelt out by the Company in plain English, for us dum dums..
On the surface, if they have created a market for the ADSs at $15, to allow US institutions to purchase shares in Brainchip, that otherwise could not purchase "penny stocks" and if it's on a sliding scale, to keep the average ADS price around $15..
Then if the BRN share price does increase in time, the US institutions obviously get less BRN shares for each ADS they buy, which means if they have targets, they need to buy more ADS..
So if there is strong demand for these, it will be a case of "the more you buy the less you get"..
Going to be fun to watch if that's the case, but probably got this all wrong..
