I commenced this thread because this is clearly something to advantage long term investors.
Brainchip has put up in neon lights that they are chasing institutional investors in the USA to take long term positions on the register.
They have appointed a firm in the USA specifically to target this type of investor.
They have been presenting not just at trade shows but at forums for institutional investors such as Best Ideas.
They have established the demand and convinced the Bank of New York Mellon to act as the repository.
The initial demand stands at 50 million shares. As demand increases further shares will be bought and squirrelled away by US Institutional Investors.
Assuming long term retail investors hold and Bank of New York Mellon keeps buying the outcome seems fairly obvious.
