Have I got this right ????? !!!!! ...I'm confused

My reading of the posts is that
1.The Amount to be Registered is 50,000,000 ADR shares.
2 That each ADR share is made up of 40 BRN shares.....
So doesn't that mean that 50,000,000 ADR x 40 = 2 billion BRN shares
Where am I going wrong ...
Please note that I haven't had my morning wake up shot of coffee as yet !!!
