    Dear Planner

I notice your change of heart. I feel sorry for you that ENG has cost you money.

I went through the same emotions when Eng just would not perform. I thought how could this not be happening.

Eventually you realise hard facts ... the company is just not making money... and does not look like being profitable either now or in the longer term.

I was a top 20 shareholder in ENG as per the last annual report, but now I hold no shares at all and will not purchase any.

One of Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffett main points about a stock is you must trust the board. I contacted that guy Jerome whoever on multiple occasions and he kept telling me bullS%&t that did not agree with market releases. The board is lining it's own pockets with options that are distributable for 0c. I certainly do not trust the board.

At the last annual meeting Mr Tales knew who I was and knew that I had published stuff on Hotcopper. In other words he reads this kind of forum, and probable ramps the stock... in fact I thought by your publishings that you (the Planner) were Mr Tales for this forum.

Seven buying shares does not mean that the company will be successful. Indeed, Seven purchased all those shares at 21c. When I spoke to Jerome whatever, he was absolutely stoked (pardon the pun) with the transaction. Despite the fact that the transaction was 30 below the share price. Ie Jerome whatever felt it was a good deal. Bigger companys that Seven have been deceived before, eg Packer and Murdoch over Onetel.

    Any how
