I infer you mean that its costs ENG more money to gain 1 subscriber then ENG will ever earn from that subscriber?
Half year sales revenue to Dec 2005 were $3.03 million
Half year sales revenue to Dec 2006 were $8.3 million
But the Net loss after tax only increased from $3.7 to $4.5m i.e. $800,000
If what you say is true shouldn’t the net loss have been more like $8.8 million
Subscribers increased from 18,000 to 52,500 or 34,500 during this time.
This equals an increase in net losses of only $23 per new subscriber over this period.
Could you please explain your reasoning using some figures because I don’t understand your post.
