One point of interest from Engin's AGM was that Seven, through Seven Digital Investments P/L, retained its 34% ownership of Engin and excluded this from its deal with KKR. This is along with its other assets such as the stake in Western Australian Newspapers P/L, Seven Asia assets, and its properties in NSW, VIC, and WA.

I've got faith in Kerry and his crew that their plans for Engin as part of Seven's Digital Platform would succeed.

Unfortunately, they were not allowed to disclose the initiatives they have with Engin and how they would make it part of their Digital Media push for household use.

Hopefully, there would be more details about this in the not so distant future.

Best of luck to all with your investments.
