I dnt know what tax rate theyll pay so ive assummed 25% which brings NPAT to 15mill
Another thing is that the sale og buildings/land should add 8.5mill (ive added this pre-tax in the prev post!)
So 19.8mill profit b4 tax PLUS 8.5mill = 28.3mill
Pay tax of 25% = 21.2mill
EPS = 21.2/68= 31cents per share EPS for 2010
So thats what we're looking at for 2010. We should get circa 30cents per share give or take if the core biz grows 15-20% and we have the sale of the poroperty.
Core EPS of circa 20cps on forward PE 7 = circa $1.50
Againm, i dnt know what TAX theyll pay so ive assummed 25%. previous year they paid 15% in 2008. This year circa 5%.
I think next stop 1.20 if the market continues to go higher till end of year with the odd correction here and there
