Unfortunately, I think GD has set the people up all around him to allow him to get away with this behaviour. Millions of $ of shareholder money squandered, a very unhappy workforce, and planes that can't get out on time let alone in the air. The only winner is management. Time to jump off this boat. Will he leave however, without HIS $70mill?
