Real simple only, I have a friend catch a flight suppose on 5.30pm Sydney to Singapore on QF5. The flight was first delay display on screen 8.30pm and later it move to 10.30pm. Think what, then the screen goes black at the airport not showing when it going to depart. I check through the website, it shows will delay to 8.00am the next morning. This is just rediculous....
The counter attendant ever refuse my friend boarding and claim that she need a visa to travel to singapore. What a load of s***, and ask her to buy another QF ticket to KL. Good money making.... but customer not a fool as well.
I was fly with QF, but me and my friend, and probably the others won't ever consider flying with QF anymore. First choice would be Singapore Airline to Singapore.
