As I head out to look at a few houses on the Mornington Peninsula, Vic I can't help but notice that some postcodes have houses from 3 - 400k right up to 4, 5 or 6 million plus. I have to agree with Warnie, there are so many factors that influence price in a 10km radius it seems pointless to compare country Vic with inner Melb let alone compareing the general Aust market with a country on the other side of the world.
