The "minor" wording was for lots of small holders.

The "highly significant" part was deeper into the announcement meant for the larger holders who bothered to "fully" read the announcement,you know,the educated ones.

Suspect larger players had loaded up the sell side in "stacks",hoping most smaller holders,only saw the "minor" word and therefore didnt fully read the ann before jumping in with sell orders of their own.

Seemed pretty well executed imo,gotta give it to them in that regard.
