    But is there a worry that the 90% offer acceptance may not be met, i.e. only 1 in 10 people has to misunderstand what's going on..... ?

    Damn you Xstrata - pretty surprised they upped their bid so easily by 28c, but threw their hat in once it was up another few cents...
