pg 20 Heron & Blackwood are listed (above ES) as a major growth hub, not just Heron.
If eni were not intending to take-up the Blackwood option before it expires in the next 10 weeks, Blackwood would have fallen by the wayside.
This may not be material to the SPP, in fact SPP is likely all over.
