"LNG style projects" is telling. Remember, in the last month, MEO have started indicating that the JV will evaluate all development options including TS. The JV WILL evaluate (as opposed to just MEO). Then Zammit put out the TS update a little while ago indicating that MEO was updating engineering studies for TS. Why now? Anticipation of a meeting in Milano?
Last but not least, there is no way that the E109 is going to be at Heron in a months time unless Eni are going to complete the well with a production liner (post logging), ready for a series of flow tests. This would suggest that HS-1 has encountered some "zones of interest".
Iam, in terms of TS structure, along the lines you mention, MEO have made it clear that they are focusing on TSMP1, reason being, this is the enabler. It creates a solution (CO2 removal) and provides impetus for a larger synergistic development, aka TSLNG.
Fingers crossed that some reasonable cores have been taken at HS-1 over the weekend.
