Today's announcement that ENI have farmed into Essar of India's Block 114 is significant. Block 114 sits right in the middle of NEN's two blocks. It would seem ENI are extremely confident about the prospects in that region! ENI have made some large discoveries this year in Mozambique, Egypt and the Barents Sea....they may not be a name instantly recognised by Australian investors but their track record of exploration success is compelling.
