    You are kidding. The only value is the land, cattle and ever diminishing cash and nothing else. If you look at the financials the net assets which are over inflated due to the valuation of the CDC business, my guess is it has a valuation of about $26M, however, they have just sold a farm so that figure will drop even further. This business is headed for receivership unless the board act and makes major changes. Look at how well MBH is now going. AHF and MBH had roughly the same share price going back 5months ago, now MBH has a share price of $0.45c, AHF over the same time $0.083c. If people are going to log in to the AGM they should bring these results up.
    Look at the resets for the last 5 years DYOR.
