I get where you are coming from - at the same time, the company can't come out with an announcement such as "we are in negotiations with someone" until the documents have been signed, otherwise it can be seen as market manipulation - its a price sensitive announcement. There's also a risk of over communication on fluff which some micro cap stocks are guilty of.
All you need to do is look at the quarterlies - and there is information in there that they are looking at assets. That's all I will say in the matter, and I'm happy to top up at these prices.
