I agree entirely about communication. but my sense is (a) Kerr does not have a choice; and (b) what would any announcement say? Maybe "Our intentions are as follows : We look forward to successful execution ofthes initiatives"; or maybe "The Orange Wombat deserves a spanking and we're liquid enough to dole a good one out".
