    ENK will be delisting even if it doesn't have 90% majority

    It will relist in the philipines approx 3 months later

    If you keep your shares the amount held will be transferred over

    I don't believe there's any dilution at this time

    There should be a premium on opening as dmci and their family are well
    Known in manilla
