the SPP likely won't be filled at current prices. That's not a disaster though given the success of the private placement. This will minimise present dilution. Assuming some successful exploration when more funds are needed they should be able to do it at a higher price.
it seems to me your advice to yourself to let it unfold is the best advice for the time being. We have a new management team, they need a little time to get going.
