    Nobody can say for certain whether there will be a payout from CDR or not, unless they work for the Administrator. We know that CDR were in debt for around $360m. Just ask yourself whether you think the Adminsitrator has picked up more the $360m in Commander asset sales. My guess is that the Administrator hasn't come close. Therefore my feeling is that there will be no partial payout to shareholders.
