Does ENN manage the wildlife parks and hotels themselves or just...

Does ENN manage the wildlife parks and hotels themselves or just collect rent from an operator? It seems those funds earn profit or loss according to the occupancy of the venue. If the fund loses money are investors asked to chip in more? If investors are not tapped for more then potentially a fund could run out of cash and not meet interest repayments.

I'm trying to understand this business better as, like comments above and in the article, this seems too good to be true at these prices and wondering if I've missed something.
