I agree Dasa that the judgement won't be huge.Maybe the boys at PH might have to work a couple of overtime shifts. Where i got taken in was the 1 bill. in the bank, no debt as such, the great stable of assets, PH coming into action and AM in a TV interview saying we were looking at acquiring other projects without having to go to the banks. Like you i was buying parcels right down till 0.70. Even the brokers were recommending buys late in the game.
