Enoch, I received the complete opposite from the same sources. They basically said "it's only if you bought in at that time"

My argument was "That's a complete cop out - seeing as I was a shareholder during that window, if I had known, maybe I could have done something, like sell ?" and that all ordinary shareholders are ranked equally (speaking in terms of preference shares).
