    I just don't get it. Perhaps I am dumb or something.

    I bought 20000 shares at $0.55 just before they went into a trading halt. Those shares are now worth $1.25 or so.

    What am I claiming for. Can I claim the $11,000 I spent buying the shares as I was misled, and still keep the shares now worth $1.25.

    Doesn't make sense to me. Seems too good to be true, and we know what that means.
