I took a base case and discounted any value for any other projects.
The value of the asset as determined by this placement values EVE's 79% at ~ A$24.5m
Disclosed shares on issue ~ 190m
24.5/190m
~ 12-13cents a share.
agree if you factor in M/C which includes cash and the percieved future value discounted you get ~ 17cents but that is self evident mc/soi.
All good either way you calculate.
