Yes, makes you wonder why they bothered with the broker.
The broker would only underwrite 1/2 the issue anyway then when it was too successfull it sticks its ugly mit out for a placement.
I told the boys at GMR that it was the dumbest thing I have seen for a long while, can they not do it ever again.
But no point dwelling on it as it will just get me all riled up again
