FWIW, CHN has a monster resource & has an EV of about $350m on a project which has a high probability of never being developed.
Should GCX have a discovery hole, they will have a mine up & running with all required infrastructure just down the road.
That's $1.7Bn that GCX wouldn't have to fund or build.
Now we just need the company to come up with the goods.
