I have created this thread to stop in its tracks any criticism of Brainchip and the CEO for not disclosing details of the license fees and other amounts payable by Renesas for AKIDA intellectual property.
I have been searching since 23.12.20 when the signing of the agreement was announced to prove that such details are not by-enlarge released in the tech industry but failed until this morning as it is very difficult to prove a negative even when you know it to be the case.
The following is a link to a submission made by Intel on a range of issues wherein when putting its position with respect to the way in which the licensing of Intellectual Property is managed in the Technology Sector it makes the point that it is rare for details of IP licensing agreements to be disclosed.

End of discussion. As shareholders we will not be told and this is industry standard.
