re: emotional responses i hold PBI - us long term value investors ie 1-5 year holdings dont need to get emotional on short term moves - but even i conduct my day trading with tight stops - rational charting, and try to be unemotional at all times - it does help watching those selling or buying in or holding get squirmish when a stock suddenly springs to life wit hvolatile moves or volume churnover goes up
