    No need for an EGM to waste more money than management already wasted with the last EGM. The AGM will come up soon enough.

    Osi reckons they need more incentives and you reckon we need a change in management. Maybe the two of you are thinking along the same lines. Propose a shareholder resolution to spill the board at the AGM if they can't get their act together before then and build value. Maybe thats the incentive they need rather than more free stuff !

    Hows that for allignment of interests ?
