Disagree with that one - they are VERY well funded (and anyone's guess from where) plus they have lawyers working pro bono "for the cause". They see this as a David vs Goliath battle, an Erin Brokovitch saga, or similar. They have emotive stuff on their side, while we have science and facts. But that has never won many arguments on religion, and it is going to be hard to win arguments on the LAMP.
