I really cannot understand why NC and his PR people and his other management people in Lynas refuse to provide more details or their side of these OPEN court proceedings. We shareholders have been driven to obtain news from SMSL itself (!) or the press who seem to have been kept informed by the anti Lynas group and thus might start to see then as a more open and reliable source of info ... one would think Lynas would try very hard to have the press on its side .. esp. for a company that they claim is a "start up" or similar ... but as long as NC is totally running the whole outfit ....

IMO Lynas seem to think a sentence or two is enough and if the press needs to be educated/informed then the press should contact them (Lynas) same goes for us peon retail shareholders

I am starting to think NC and his circle of cohorts seem to have a serious disorder or phobia about transparency and information sharing ... ..
