TPG I have no idea of the complexities or organising such a deal? it seems like a good idea at least.
How ever i guess with anything there is a risk. Im sure china would want x amount of supply over x amount of years. they know were in a tight spot so the price is going to be extremly low. Then if say even by xmas we get the lamp approval what do we do then when we have a 2 year x amount of tonnage to china???
